April 2014

Page has grown up so much this month, it's fun to watch her grow but also makes me sad. I really try to take advantage of all the things that she will soon outgrow.

A few monthly highlights...
1) Page has a big girl room now!
2) Page has become quite inquisitive and tells us all about how she's feeling! Some of my favorite sayings: uffda, oh my goodness, that's not fair, you can't do that, but why, I'm so excited, okay fine, whatever, let me show you something, and I know.
3) Page still has her moments but is really becoming a great listener! She is also our little helper and is so proud of her work :)
4) Page's imagination has really taken off and she loves to engage in pretend play both with us and independently. Her play has become quite elaborate and she loves props!

Page started the month with a nasty cold but has since recovered. We are hoping for no more sickness as we hit the double digits this summer!

In addition to all the Easter and park fun this month, we went to the McCormick Ranch Train Park, spent 3 days with Uncle DJ and Aunt Chelsea, had dinner with Daddy's family when Aunt Heidi was in town, and went to the CMOP with Grammy!

A few pics from April...

Our little helper, she insists on loading the laundry by herself each morning ;)

Page and Aunt Heidi

Love this sweet girl!

Page built this fort all by herself one morning before work.
She also asked for a flash light :)

We got to watch this caterpillar transform into a beautiful butterfly this month. Page loved it!

Art piece of the month. Isn't this the cutest craft ever?!

It's been another fun month!
In May, Page will be doing ISR refresher lessons and we go to Disneyland!! Can't wait :)
