It has been a fun month! Page went to the night of lights event and was able to ride a pony and go on a carriage ride! Page got to meet Santa for the first time, went to two birthday parties, and had fun at the McCormick Ranch Train Park! The most fun of all was the fun she had celebrating Christmas with family and enjoying all of her wonderful gifts!
Molars 3 and 4 arrived earlier this month and Page is only taking one nap during the day. Page saw her cardiologist, got her second flu shot, and this months synagis injection. Unfortunately, Page spent a large portion of the month sick. She had some sort of upper respiratory virus. She went to the pediatrician twice, got a chest xray to rule out pneumonia, had many breathing treatments, and got throat and nasal swabs. This resulted in weight loss and a relapse of night time eating. Page is finally feeling better so we are trying to get back on track. Being sick is no fun!
Page is quite the dancer & can walk for miles without getting tired. She is quite the talker, when she wants to be. A few new words include...I did, off, over, Dora, and jacket. Page has become interested in playing with different textures. She loves to color and has been having fun with play-doh, water, and sand. Page especially enjoys playing with cause & effect electronics...turning the lights off & on is a favorite!
Our little sweetie is getting so big! Its hard to imagine she is already 17 months old. Looking forward to all the excitement 2013 will bring :)
